Return / Exchange Policy
1) All items must be in NEW and UNWORN condition. The product must be in re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. If the item has been used, dirty, broken, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
2) Please send us an email at support@ravenations.com to let us know if you have any issues with the product. We will reply back to your email within 24 hours.
3) You must drop your items at the post office within 30 days from the date that you received the product(s).
